Overview ––––

DigDeep is a human rights nonprofit dedicated to closing the water gap that affects 2.2 million Americans in the United States who lack access to clean, running water and sanitation. Their community-led projects span the Navajo Nation, Appalachia, and the Colonias, focusing on sustainable solutions and equity. DigDeep is committed to ensuring that every American has access to water and sanitation forever.

tïme-heïst re-established the organization’s core brand identity by auditing and refining social content to align with values, visual identity, and brand guidelines by archiving outdated posts, refining voice and messaging, creating new content pillars, and implementing custom post templates for cohesive storytelling. The content calendar was reworked to create a seamless narrative flow throughout the year, integrating seasonal and yearly campaigns into the feed while maintaining consistent visuals and messaging.

Campaign strategies were mapped to core brand pillars, balancing promotional and evergreen content to support both short-term objectives and long-term brand integrity. In parallel, the audience focus was expanded beyond current donors to include clients, partners, and community voices. Crafted through diverse storytelling formats, co-created content with partners, and authentic narratives from frontline and internal perspectives in order to humanize impact and reflect the full scope of the organization’s work.
